Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges Policy.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

First, refer to the Refund Policy below to see if your situation is covered for a return or exchange. Ensure you read the policies specific to the product you ordered. Contact us with any questions.

Second, contact us using the contact us page, please include:

  • Order information / Customer Name & Address

  • What product is being returned

  • The reason for the return

Note:

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Elegant & Armed may be returned.

  • All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Contact us before shipping return products.


Return Shipping Details

Please contact us first to arrange returns. Depending on the situation, returns may be shipped to different addresses. Therefore, we will communicate return shipping address and details depending on the situation and approval of return or exchange. Product shipped to us without approval maybe denied a return or exchange. In this case, the customer would be required to pay the shipping to get their products back.

 You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return item or that your return item will not be damaged in return shipping.

  

Refund Payments:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Gifts:

Items that were purchased as gifts when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once return item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will need to process the refund through the original gift giver and refund via original credit card or original method of payment.

All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase.

 

Late or Missing refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your credit card or original method of payment account again. Then contact your credit card or original method of payment, as it often takes some time to post. If you've done all of these and still have not received your refund contact us

PURSES & CLOTHING

Refunds (Purses & Clothing):

Purses & clothing is covered by a refund policy lasting 30 days. If 30 days have past since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us.


Non-refundable (Purses & Clothing):

We will not refund or exchange purses or clothing for the following situations:

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, worn, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

-Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

-Sales items cannot be refunded. Only regularly priced items may be refunded.


HOLSTERS:

Warranty (Holsters):

Holsters have a lifetime warranty. If you are unhappy with the quality or fit of a holster, notify us for a return, refund, or exchange.

Exchanges (Holsters):

Exchanges are offered in the following situations:

  • Mistake made by us. If we make a mistake we will exchange the product at no cost to you.

  • Defective Products. If you receive a defective product, we will exchange it for a new one.

  • Appearance Dissatisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the appearance of your product, we will exchange it for a different model or color, provided the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.

There is a fee of $9.95 that will be invoiced for the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Restocking Fee (Holsters):

There is a 10% restocking fee for all holsters. This 10% fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-refundable (Holsters):

We will not refund or exchange products for the following situations:

  • Change of mind after six month. If you kept your product for six months or longer and then decided to exchange it, we will not be able to accommodate your request.

  • Change of Firearm. If you purchase a different firearm than the product is compatible with, we will not be able to exchange the product.
